1. The academy and your enrolment

Quranic Roots Academy offers online Noorani Qaida, Quran reading with Tajweed, and memorisation and revision support. Contact us at info@quranicrootsacademy.com or +92 312 8602811. Our contact address is Husaain Abad Colony, Street No. 3, House No. 168, Sargodha, Pakistan.

Adult learners may arrange their own lessons. A parent or legal guardian must arrange lessons for a learner under 18 and remain the main contact for scheduling, payment and welfare matters. Please provide accurate contact details and tell us about changes that affect the lesson arrangements.

2. Free trial and regular lessons

The first trial is a free 30-minute session to discuss the learner’s level and goals, try a suitable activity and ask questions. Sending a request does not reserve a specific tutor or time; our team will confirm availability.

Regular lessons are one-to-one. Standard sessions are 30 minutes unless a different duration has been expressly agreed. Your course, tutor arrangements, weekly schedule, time zone and monthly package should be confirmed before regular lessons begin. Teacher preferences are subject to availability.

Learning progress depends on the learner’s starting point, attendance, practice and other individual circumstances. We do not guarantee a particular completion date, memorisation result, qualification or level of fluency.

3. Plans, currencies and payments

The Pricing page shows the published lesson packages and currency options. Confirm the exact amount, billing currency, number of sessions, payment date and payment method with the academy before paying. Your payment provider may apply its own transfer or currency-conversion charges.

The second child and each additional sibling in the same family receive the advertised 20% tuition discount; the first child pays the standard plan fee. Ask the team to confirm the eligible learners and the amount due.

Payment arrangements are handled through the method agreed with our team. Never provide a card PIN, banking password or account login to a tutor. A change to future pricing or an existing arrangement should be communicated before it takes effect, rather than applied retrospectively to lessons already paid for.

4. Attendance, rescheduling and cancellations

Please attend at the confirmed time and contact the academy as soon as possible if you need to change or miss a lesson. Tell us when the clocks change in your location. Replacement times depend on tutor availability and the arrangements agreed for your plan.

Before paying, ask for written confirmation of any notice period, missed-lesson rule, cancellation process and refund conditions that apply to your package. Do not assume that a missed class automatically creates a replacement lesson or a refund.

If the academy cannot provide a scheduled lesson, contact the team to agree an appropriate replacement, credit or refund for the affected teaching time, taking account of the circumstances and your applicable rights. Requests to stop lessons or recover unused tuition should be sent to the academy, rather than handled privately with a tutor. Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation or refund right you have under applicable law.

5. Devices, connections and lesson materials

You are responsible for a suitable device, a working microphone and a stable internet connection. Prepare the agreed lesson materials and a quiet learning space. Tell the tutor or academy if a technical problem interrupts a session so that the next step can be agreed.

Use academy materials for your own learning or your child’s agreed lessons. Do not sell, redistribute or publicly upload materials or recordings without the rights holder’s permission. Videos embedded from other channels remain the content of their respective creators; a temporary demonstration does not identify its presenter as an academy tutor.

6. Respect, privacy and safe participation

Learners, parents and tutors must communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, humiliating treatment, inappropriate material and unsafe behaviour are not acceptable. Follow the Safeguarding Charter, particularly the guidance on parent involvement and communication with children.

Do not record, screenshot or share another person’s image, voice or lesson without discussing permission and purpose beforehand. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The academy may pause a lesson or arrangement where a genuine safety concern, serious misconduct or unresolved payment issue makes continuing inappropriate. The team should explain the concern and discuss the handling of any unused teaching time, subject to safeguarding needs and applicable rights.

7. Questions, complaints and changes

Send concerns to info@quranicrootsacademy.com with the learner or parent name, relevant lesson date and a clear description of the issue. Please give the academy an opportunity to investigate and discuss a suitable response. Safety concerns should be reported immediately through the process in our Safeguarding Charter.

Website information may be updated to correct errors or reflect service changes. Material changes to an ongoing lesson arrangement should be explained to you before they apply. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
