Payments are arranged with the academy. Never send your card number or security code through the enquiry form or WhatsApp.

Can I try a class before choosing a plan?
Yes. Book the free 30-minute trial to discuss your learning goals, reading level and a suitable schedule.
Are classes private or in a group?
The plans shown are for one-to-one live lessons, with 30-minute sessions.
Which currency should I choose?
Choose the published currency option that suits you, then confirm your billing currency with the academy. These fees are set prices rather than automatic exchange-rate conversions.
How does the sibling discount work?
The second sibling and subsequent children receive 20% off their standard plan tuition. The first student pays the full fee. Contact us to arrange the family package.
Are weekend classes available?
The weekend package contains eight 30-minute lessons. Confirm available days, times and your monthly lesson calendar when arranging the trial.
Can I change my schedule or plan?
Contact the academy to discuss availability, your new schedule and when a plan change would take effect. Confirm any fee adjustment before the change.
How do I pay and when is payment due?
The academy will confirm the supported payment method and billing date. This page does not process payments. Do not send card details through the contact form.
How long will my course take?
Progress depends on your starting point, lesson frequency and practice. Choose a sustainable schedule; no plan guarantees a fixed completion date.
